We will be having a Catholic service in the Saints Mary and Joseph Chapel. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM.

COCKTAIL HOUR & RECEPTION

Our celebration will continue with dinner, drinks, and dancing in the beautiful and iconic Atrium.Cocktail Hour will begin at 5:00 PM | Reception will begin at 6:00 PM.

WHAT TIME SHOULD WE ARRIVE?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 p.m. We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes early to allow time to park and be seated; doors will close when the ceremony begins and late arrivals will not be admitted.

Can we bring our children?

While we would love to invite your whole family, we are unable to accommodate children or babies at the ceremony or reception. We appreciate your understanding and hope you are able to make arrangements to attend and celebrate our special day with us.

CAN WE TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We have hired professional photographers and videographers to capture these special moments for us—avoiding phone and camera use helps ensure unobstructed, high-quality coverage for everyone.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

We request that guests join us in formal (black tie optional) attire. We look forward to seeing everyone in their finest!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors. The ceremony will take place in Saints Mary and Joseph Chapel, and the reception will follow in the climate-controlled Atrium.

CAN WE PARK AT SAINT JOHN'S RESORT?

Yes, there is ample onsite parking for guests who drive or are staying on the property. A complimentary shuttle will also be available for our guests staying at the Hilton.

IS TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED TO/FROM THE HILTON?

Yes, there will be a complimentary shuttle for our guests staying at the Hilton. Please check back for updated information on the shuttle schedule, which will be posted here once finalized.

WHAT IF I HAVE A DIETARY RESTRICTION OR FOOD ALLERGY?

We take dietary restrictions and food allergies very seriously!When you RSVP, please indicate any specific allergies or dietary restrictions in the space provided. We are working closely with the culinary team at Saint John's to ensure that dietary restrictions and food allergies are handled with the utmost care. We want everyone to enjoy a safe and delicious meal!

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, a hosted bar will be available for our guests to enjoy throughout the evening. Please celebrate responsibly — do not drink and drive!
